Tom Heiser

Tom Heiser is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as Chairperson at Thrive since February 2025 and as Chairman and Board Member at AHEAD since November 2020. Previously, Tom held positions including Board Member and Executive Chairman at Mark43, Chairman of the Board and Interim Chief Executive Officer at Acoustic, and various board roles at AtScale, Arxan Technologies, Nuspire, and SiteLock. Tom also served as Managing Director at Blue Sky Associates, focusing on executive development, and was the CEO of ClickSoftware, leading a company recognized as a global market leader in Mobile Workforce Management solutions. Tom earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1980 and 1984.
