Tracy Dean

Tracy Dean is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience in technology strategy and execution. Currently serving as the VP of Enterprise Technology Strategy Execution at AHEAD since October 2025, Tracy previously held the position of Global Head of Technology Strategy & Execution at Invesco from October 2007 to March 2025, where responsibilities included defining a global technology vision and transforming engineering operations. In a prior role as Chief Administrative Officer, Technology, at Invesco, Tracy directed a $100M+ technology portfolio and implemented governance frameworks that significantly reduced vendor costs. Tracy's career began in various sales and marketing roles at Invesco US from October 1997 to August 2007 and included a position as an Actuarial Consultant at Conduent. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Psychology from Texas A&M University.
