Zac McCarthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at AHEAD, Zac previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at CDI LLC. Prior to that, Zac was the Sr. Manager of Client Success and Senior Account Manager at Gravy. Zac founded and served as President of Restoration Apparel, where responsibilities included coordinating customer relationships, managing projects, and overseeing production processes. As the Director of Customer Experience for The Global Orphan Project, Zac focused on creating dignified work to support families and developed essential production metrics and success goals. Earlier in career, Zac was the Vice President of Operations at Visual Machine Shop, managing brand-centered marketing and promotional items while launching new campaigns and products.
