Chris Snider is a passionate and innovative CPU Design Engineer with extensive experience in CPU, VLSI, and designs exceeding 3GHz. Currently a CPU Microarchitect & Design Engineer at AheadComputing, they previously worked at Intel Corporation from 2018 to 2024, where they held various roles, including Microarchitecture/RTL lead and SoC Design Engineer. Chris has a strong background in developing new microarchitectures, RTL development, and optimizing physical design on deep sub-micron process nodes. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Portland State University, alongside an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Electronic Engineering Technology from Portland Community College.
