Amy Hardman

Amy Hardman is currently an Employment Specialist at AHEDD since June 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Supports Coordinator at Familylinks, Inc. from August 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities involved advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and developing Individual Supports Plans. From August 2020 to July 2021, Amy held the position of Residential Program Specialist at The Arc of Butler County, coordinating residential activities for union staff and IDD residents. At InVision Human Services, Amy worked as a Job Facilitator from March 2019 to August 2020, providing employment support and ensuring safety regulations were followed. Amy began the career in a caseworker role at the Allegheny County Department of Human Services from December 2016 to June 2017, where critical assessment during crisis situations was a key responsibility. Academically, Amy Hardman holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University and an Associate's degree in Photography from The Art Institutes.
