AHHN Lawyers is an Office of Advocates and Legal Consultants based in Jakarta, originally named Amin Herman Nasution & Partners (previously known as AHN Lawyers) which was established in March 2015 by: Hanifah Latif Nasution, S.H., LL.M., Fajri Yusuf Herman, S.H., M.H., and Romy Tahrizi Amin, S.H.

In early October of 2022, with the joining of Reggy Hadiwijaya, S.H. to be come one of the Name Partners, AHN Lawyers strengthened their formation. AHN Lawyers formulated the composition of its responsibilities into 4 Pillars which are now referred to as Amin Herman Hadiwijaya Nasution (AHHN Lawyers).

Through in-depth legal understanding, thorough experience and understanding of the existing problems, AHHN Lawyers can provide solutions that ensure legal protection for Clients, and to the maximum extent possible to minimize existing or future inherent risks.

AHHN Lawyers has provided various forms of legal services such as legal opinion services: in individual legal matters, companies; legal audit services (legal due diligence): to assist in company mergers & acquisitions, equity participation, equity participation, lending, Initial Public Offering (IPO), to litigation services at all levels of court, from the District Court, High Court, and the Supreme Court, as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), all of which the client may choose or use, after a thorough consultation and analysis process with AHHN Lawyers
