Daniel Utech

Daniel Utech, MBA, RHIA, CHPS, FAHIMA, CLSSGB, has over 16 years of experience at the intersection of health information, IT, and leadership, focusing on enhancing patient care through data and technology. They served as President of the New Mexico Health Information Management Association and held similar roles with the DFWHIMA and Texas Health Information Management Association. Currently, Daniel is a Visiting Professor at DeVry University and a Manager at Parkland Hospital, where they lead a large team and oversee IT business development initiatives. Additionally, they serve on the Board of Directors for AHIMA, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resource allocation.
