Mark Szelest has accumulated extensive experience in the culinary field, serving as a Chef at Buffalo Wild Wings since August 2021. Currently functioning as General Manager at Ahipoki since March 2018, Mark oversees day-to-day operations. In addition, Mark has held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Bar Harbor Inn since March 2014, responsible for comprehensive restaurant management tasks such as food inspection, ordering, hiring, scheduling, and cost management. Academically, Mark holds an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from N.E.C.C.O. (2010-2012), an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the University of Maine (2004-2006), and received Advanced Culinary Arts training at Loring Job Corps Center (2001-2002).
