Crystal Gray is the founder of Gray Sea Studio, a creative consultancy specializing in brand identity and marketing. They spent eight years at RDL Architects, where they advanced from Graphic Designer to Brand Manager, focusing on environmental graphic design and leading digital marketing efforts. Crystal has been recognized as a 2025 Women Who Mean Business honoree and is currently teaching interior design at The North Coast College. Additionally, they are pursuing several marketing certificates from Cornell University. An avid scuba diver, Crystal enjoys photographing underwater life and structures.
