David C. is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale capital improvement and construction projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at AHL since November 2019, David excels in client-facing roles, ensuring successful collaboration between design and construction teams throughout all project phases. Previous roles include Director of Project Management at Ransom Everglades School, Senior Project Manager at Perkins+Will, and Director of Real Estate Development at SHVO, among others. Key projects include the Golden Palm Resort and Spa and The Pines Assisted Living facility in the Cayman Islands. David's educational foundation is from Pratt Institute.
