Anne Chen

Anne Chen has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and claims management, having worked as a Customer Service Officer and Claims Administrator at Australian Administration Services from March 2006 to June 2011. Following this, Anne served as a Claims Acceptance Administrator and later as a Claims Acceptance Specialist at Avant Mutual from September 2013 to July 2016. Currently, Anne holds the position of Regulatory Support Officer at AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) since January 2023. In addition to professional experience, Anne is pursuing an undergraduate certificate in Applied Technologies at the University of Tasmania, expected to be completed in 2024.
