Emma Caddy

Emma Caddy is a Senior Legal Adviser at the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra), where they focus on regulatory and disciplinary matters within health professions. Admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2004 and in Western Australia, they also hold admission to the New York bar. With over 20 years of litigation experience, Emma predominantly represents clients in the State Administrative Tribunal of WA regarding professional misconduct cases. They obtained a Master of Health and Medical Law from the University of Melbourne in 2025 while studying part-time. Emma has also held various legal positions at respected firms, including Browne Jacobson LLP, The Medical Defence Union, and Clayton Utz.
