Michael Cao is an experienced healthcare manager with a strong background in senior leadership roles across government, public, and private healthcare settings. With expertise in public health policy development, clinical governance, and patient safety, Michael has made significant contributions to the health industry. They hold dual Master’s degrees in Health Management and Public Health from UNSW Australia.
