Cindy Winter, Ph.D., CRA, FAHRA, RDMS, RVT, RT(R) is a seasoned healthcare administrator and current Director of Radiology at JPS Health Network. With extensive experience in medical imaging operations, Cindy has previously served as Executive Director of Imaging at Florida Hospital and held leadership roles at Gwinnett Medical Center and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. Recognized as President-Elect of the AHRA for 2025-2026, Cindy is dedicated to enhancing patient satisfaction and integrating advanced imaging technologies in healthcare settings. Cindy earned an Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology from Century College and has a proven track record in both clinical and operational excellence.
