Ben Monopoli is a passionate recruiter currently leading recruiting efforts at Ahrefs. They have extensive experience in technical recruitment, having previously held key roles at Facebook, Stripe, and Discovery Networks International, where they successfully scaled engineering teams and developed strategic talent pipelines across the APAC region. Ben began their career at DNV GL and Babcock International Group PLC, refining their recruitment skills in various sectors. They hold a BA Hons degree in Linguistics from Nottingham Trent University.
