Arnoud V.

Arnoud V. has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Arnoud started their career as a Mechanic-Engineer at Rademaker BV in 1994 and worked there until 1999. After that, they completed an internship as an Industrial Designer at MMID Full Service Design Team in 2005. Arnoud then worked as a Graduation Industrial Designer at Vidicode Datacommunicatie BV from November 2005 to March 2006.

From 2006 to 2007, Arnoud worked as a Design Engineer at BETA BV, where they designed and manufactured safety switches for the petrochemical industry. Arnoud then joined Top Vision Group as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for technical matters and provided technical support to China-based suppliers.

In 2008, Arnoud became a Product Engineer at Bugaboo, a company specializing in strollers. Arnoud worked there for four years before joining Canenco Group in 2012 as a New Product Development Engineer for Toys.

From 2013 to 2016, Arnoud worked as a Senior Product Engineer and Project Manager at JOOLZ, a Milk Design BV brand. In this role, they led a team and was responsible for the product development of the DAY2.

In 2016, Arnoud transitioned to Ahrend, where they held various positions. Arnoud initially worked as a Manager of Product Development, focusing on seating. Their responsibilities included new product development, customized products for projects, and innovation. Since July 2021, Arnoud has been serving as the Head of Product Development at Ahrend, where they oversee the product development of all categories and continues to drive innovation. Ahrend is a leader in designing and creating healthy and innovative work environments.

Lastly, for 10 years from 2001 to 2011, Arnoud had a side job as an Event Production Assistant at Free Mind event support & productions. Arnoud was responsible for setting up and building event sites, including stages, barriers, tents, banners, and lights.

Arnoud V. began their education in 1993 at ASA SCUTOS college, where they pursued a degree in MTS WTB (Mechanical Engineering) with a focus on Tekenen/ Construeren (Drawing/ Construction). Arnoud completed their studies in 1998.

In 1999, Arnoud V. enrolled at De Haagse Hogeschool, also known as The Hague University of Applied Sciences, to further their education in the field of Industrieel Product Ontwerpen (Industrial Product Design). Arnoud successfully completed their degree in Product in 2006.

In 2023, Arnoud V. attended the University of Cambridge for a brief period to enhance their knowledge in Innovation and Intrapreneurship: Winning Strategies for New Venture Creation. Later that same year, they also enrolled at the MIT Sloan School of Management for a program titled Leadership in an exponential changing world.
