Dee Smith

Dee Smith, PMP, SMS, currently serves as a Project Manager at Ahtna, Inc. since June 2023, overseeing project design and development for renovation projects, including contract modifications and construction oversight. Prior to this role, Dee worked at Hawthorne Cat as a Facilities Manager from June 2022 to June 2023, focusing on team and contractor progress as well as conflict management. Dee also gained experience at Johnson Controls from February 2019 to 2022, where responsibilities included managing healthcare facility compliance and overseeing service contracts. Earlier experience includes a role as Facilities Engineer at Johnson Controls and serving Pittsburgh Public Schools as Facilities Engineer/Assistant Supervisor from February 2009 to February 2018, where facilities maintenance and upgrades were managed. Dee earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at the Community College of Allegheny County and attended Robert Morris University from September 2003 to September 2005.
