Sofia Kleban has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sofia started their career as a Customer Service Consultant at Academic Work from October 2009 to August 2011. Sofia then joined Scandic Hotels as a Front Desk Agent and Shop Manager from August 2011 to January 2013, where they handled reception duties and managed the hotel shop.
In January 2013, Sofia joined Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel as a Front Desk Agent and provided exceptional customer service to guests. Sofia was later promoted to the role of Service Manager/Supervisor in March 2015, where they were responsible for front desk operations and supervised a team of 25-30 members. Sofia then became the Head of Reservations from October 2018 to January 2020, where they increased occupancy and revenue through the booking process and streamlined communication with other departments. From January 2020 to May 2020, Sofia worked as an Economy & HR Assistant, streamlining routines and assisting the HR manager in talent acquisition and staff administration.
Most recently, Sofia has been working at Ahum, starting from November 2020 as a Customer Service Manager until November 2021, and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. As the COO, they are responsible for overseeing the company's operations and ensuring smooth functioning. Sofia Kleban completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2006 to 2008, they studied Digital Graphics at Blekinge Institute of Technology. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Studies and Service Quality Management at Södertörn University from 2008 to 2011. Alongside their education, Sofia also obtained additional certifications in coaching employees through difficult situations and managing teams from LinkedIn in August 2020.
