A neuroscience and sleep clinic in Midland, TX was losing patients every night.
After 5pm, calls went to voicemail. New patients didn't wait — they booked with the next clinic they found.
We built Lara — a HIPAA-compliant AI medical receptionist that answers every call 24/7, books directly into AthenaOne, sends secure intake forms by SMS, and routes emergencies appropriately. Zero PHI in any message body. Staff approve all data before it touches the chart.
Result: 43 calls handled in week one. Zero missed after-hours patients. Intake forms completed before the first appointment.
That is the problem we solve.
If you run a sleep center or neurology practice, you are losing patients every time a call goes unanswered after 5pm. Not because your care is bad. Because no human can be available at 11:43pm.
An AI medical receptionist can.
What we build for sleep clinics and neurology practices:
→ AI voice agents that answer calls and book directly into AthenaOne in real time
→ HIPAA-compliant intake form delivery via Twilio SMS — zero PHI in the message body
→ 6-agent architecture so emergency detection never conflicts with scheduling logic
→ Staff approval gates before any patient data reaches the EHR
→ Full BAA coverage across Retell AI, Twilio, Jotform, and n8n
→ 24/7 after-hours call coverage — fully automated
Every component does exactly one job. No PHI crosses a boundary it should not. No data reaches AthenaOne without a human review step.
