AI-First Consulting Inc. is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to building thriving workplaces through smarter, kinder, and more sustainable AI-driven solutions. We specialize in helping knowledge work organizations (under 200 employees) across Atlantic Canada become truly AI-first—seamlessly integrating people and technology to empower human potential.

Our unique approach combines deep process improvement expertise with behavioral science and practical AI implementation. Unlike conventional consultants, we understand that successful AI adoption hinges on mindset shifts and new habits, not just technology. We bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI tools and real-world workflows, making powerful technology practical and actionable.

Through our 13-week AI-First Accelerator, we guide organizations from AI uncertainty to measurable productivity gains. Our process focuses on leadership alignment, governance frameworks, organization-wide engagement, and sustainable integration—ensuring clients don't just adopt AI tools, but transform how they work.

What sets us apart: process improvement mastery, behavioral change focus, and our teaching mindset that builds internal capability. We approach AI adoption like a strategic merger, recognizing it's as disruptive as combining two companies.

Our core values drive everything we do: cultivate trust, continuous experiments, fast decisions, bold moves, and having fun. We're here to shape a future where AI makes work more meaningful, not less human.

Ready to become AI-first? Let's build your thriving workplace together.
