Eli Chen

Eli Chen is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in architecture and governance related to artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Principal Technical Architect at AI Fund since June 2025, Eli previously co-founded and held the position of CTO at Credo AI, where a governance framework for human oversight in AI was developed. As the Founder and CEO of Veriph.ai, Eli focused on neural network explainability and testing tools. Additionally, Eli served as CTO at UJET, enhancing customer support through interactive real-time channels, and at Tite Ltd, where the focus was on home security solutions. Eli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
