AI-Health have spent the past 7 years in R&D developing a radically innovated software approach to health monitoring, fitness training and professional coaching.

We have now successfully completed the build out of three worlds class apps:

AI-Fitness.app | Cardio, HIIT, Weight Training, Running, Walking, Fitness Assessment and Real Time Coaching App.

AI-Health.app | First 24/7 global health monitoring app for the Apple Watch.

AI-Coach.app | Engineered for professional PT’s and as a customer facing tool in health clubs.

AI-Health have engineered the world’s most advanced and accurate health and fitness platform, that can make an impactful, measurable and significant difference to the global population’s health and fitness baseline.

We know from the scientific literature, that presently all health and fitness apps, fail to enact a factual body response, hence we had to reinvent the methodology of how health and fitness software is developed, by building from the ground up…. a radically innovative database hub, that could support the accuracy, functionality and technical complexity for a health and fitness digital solution, to finally deliver,

Our software offers

A proven scientific intervention to help the global community reverse & prevent our most dangerous health pandemics, Metabolic Syndrome and Overfat.

A digital solution to become measurably fitter, obtain stronger insulin sensitivity via better control over carbohydrate/sugar consumption and receive accurate, real time and easy to understand unique health insights and coaching guidance.

Software that helps health and fitness instructors connect and collaborate with clients by bridging the gap between in-person sessions and online services. This enables trainers to market themselves to a larger group of consumers while maintaining a high degree of personalised care.
