AI House helps founders build AI-first companies through three connected pillars: Community, Incubator, and Capital.

————————

𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 gives founders daily access to a dense network of AI founders, researchers, engineers, operators, investors, domain experts, and technical builders working through similar problems in real time. It is where founders meet people who can actually help: potential customers, technical reviewers, resident experts, early investors, future teammates, and peers a few steps ahead.

𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗨𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥 is where we work side by side with founders from the earliest stages. Founders can access up to $600K in capital for incubations, $1M+ in free, non-dilutive cloud compute, and hands-on support across idea formation, customer discovery, technical strategy, product decisions, pricing, packaging, positioning, sales, fundraising, recruiting, design, storytelling, and back-office operations. The company remains founder-led. We are not here to run it for you. We are here to be your partner through the messy early work.

𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟 is where we write direct checks of $100K to $1M into applied AI companies built around real customer pain, technical depth, and durable execution. Some are companies we help incubate. Others are founders who already have momentum and just need capital, not incubation. We invest in both Seattle + non-Seattle.

————————

𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗟𝗘 𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘-𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗘 We believe Seattle will be one of the most important AI startup ecosystems of the next decade, with world-class technical talent, deep research roots, major cloud infrastructure, experienced operators, and customers across industries where AI will matter most. AI House exists to be the front door for serious AI builders in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest: a place to find co-founders, sharpen ideas, meet customers, access capital, get technical judgment, and build real companies.
