Robert Baxter

Robert Baxter has worked in the construction and development industry since 2004. From 2019 to present, they have served as Director of Infrastructure & Facilities and Project Manager at AiNET. From 2013 to 2019, they were Senior Vice President of both Project Management and Business Development at NCF Interiors, a Division of Lakota Contracting. In this role, they were responsible for the oversight and management of project specific contracts, schedules, budgets, and proposal review, as well as the review, negotiation, and execution of subcontracts for labor. Prior to this, they were Development Manager at Waterford Development LLC from 2004 to 2013. In this role, they managed and directed the general contractors and subcontractors for the timely construction and delivery of residential dwellings, of the highest quality and finish, over multiple multifamily and mixed-use projects totaling over $250 million.

Robert Baxter attended DeMatha Catholic High School from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their high school degree. Robert then went on to Flagler College from 1999 to 2003, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Pre Law.
