Tho Ha

Tho Ha is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and quality assurance. Currently working at AI-Ops since April 2024, Tho Ha previously held roles at AuthenticID as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer from February 2021 to April 2024. At Red Lion Controls, Tho Ha progressed from Software Engineering Intern to Associate Software Engineer, ultimately serving as a Software Engineer from July 2013 to February 2021, focusing on automating software quality assurance tests using AutoIT. Additionally, Tho Ha contributed to research at the University of South Alabama as a Research Assistant, developing a Digital Video Recorder simulation to explore the viability of Solid State Disks. Tho Ha holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Alabama.
