AI Ready RVA is on a mission to make the Greater Richmond Region the most AI-ready community in the world.

We believe artificial intelligence is not just a technology shift. It is a human, workforce, and community transformation. Our work focuses on preparing people, organizations, and institutions to understand, use, and shape AI responsibly and confidently.

Through community education, industry cohorts, public events, partnerships, and advocacy, AI Ready RVA builds practical AI literacy across sectors. From students and jobseekers to business leaders, nonprofits, and public servants, we help our region move from AI curiosity to real-world readiness.

AI Ready RVA operates exclusively for charitable, educational, scientific, and social welfare purposes. Our work strengthens workforce competitiveness, supports ethical and responsible AI adoption, and positions Richmond as a national model for inclusive, community-driven innovation.

AI is moving fast. Readiness is the advantage. Richmond is rising.
