AI Safety India Community trains researchers, engineers, and policy 
thinkers to work on technical alignment, AI governance, and risk - 
before those problems compound.

What we built in 2025:
- First cohort of Fundamentals of Safe AI - Practical Track
- 30 researchers and students trained across India and globally
- 3 university AI safety clubs seeded
- Partnerships with ENAIS AI Safety Collab and AI Safety Atlas

What's running in 2026:
- 5+ cohorts - 50 people each, 3 months, Technical + Governance track
- Weekly discussion series - paper walkthroughs, reading groups, 
  guest practitioners
- Alumni network connecting builders and policymakers
- Expansion into Tier-1 Indian cities and Southeast Asia
