Michael Thompson has extensive experience in engineering and technology leadership across various companies. From April 2012 to April 2016, Michael worked as a Project Engineer at Elliott Group and Ebara Corp. Following this, a significant role as Product Design Leader at PeopleFlo Manufacturing, Inc. from June 2016 to April 2020 was undertaken, during which Michael also served as VP & CTO. Michael transitioned to a Senior Engineer position at Baker Hughes from May 2023 to October 2024, specializing in the MachineEdge technology. Currently, Michael holds dual roles as Vertical CTO - Industrial at AI Squared since November 2025 and as President & Principal Engineer at Hermitage Innovations since October 2024.
