Rob Hartmann

Rob Hartmann is a results-driven finance and accounting professional currently serving as the Head of FP&A at AI Squared, where they are building the company’s first dynamic Annual Operating Plan and automating financial processes. Previously, Rob held various finance leadership roles, including Finance Director at Ashoka, where they managed substantial grant funding, and VP of Corporate Finance at Radiator Express, where they improved revenue reporting and developed financial models. Rob also gained valuable experience as Managing Member of Spry Capital, LLC, and began their academic journey with a B.B.A. in Finance and an M.B.A. focused on Financial Decision Systems from Loyola Marymount University.
