What if the industry that moves the world’s trade had the intelligence it deserves?
That’s what we’re building at AI UNIVERSAL 🌎.

Ships move more than 90% of world trade. Yet the intelligence systems guiding maritime operations still lag behind those used in aviation and space 🛰️ . Improving how vessels operate matters — for the global economy, for safety at sea, and for maritime decarbonisation.

AI Universal is a maritime deep-tech company building advanced science-driven software to redefine what is possible in maritime. We believe the next generation of maritime technologies will come from science-driven intelligence systems — not purely data-driven ones. Systems that understand how ships behave in the ocean, automate repetitive tasks, and help crews focus on the most important decisions.

We don’t follow the conventional path. We challenge the limitations of today’s AI and pioneer more advanced solutions. Instead of adapting existing technologies to maritime — and inheriting their limitations — we design our algorithms specifically for maritime navigation and voyage optimisation.

Our technology stack and ecosystem — including AIU CoPilot® and a suite of modular AI²® APIs — are built fully in-house, allowing us to deliver an integrated environment for our clients.

That is what we believe:
1. Science is the driving force behind meaningful innovation.
2. Important industries deserve better technology.
3. There are endless opportunities to rethink how science and AI can solve complex real-world problems.

If you want to build meaningful technology, challenge the status quo, and move fast while doing it, we would love to hear from you. 👋🚀.
