Gitit Rafael

Gitit Rafael is a seasoned marketing design professional with extensive experience leading creative teams and transforming brands across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Marketing Design at AI21 Labs since July 2025, Gitit has established a high-impact marketing design organization that has elevated the company's brand to a category-defining level. Prior to this role, Gitit was Creative Director at Connecteam from December 2021 to July 2025, where strategies crafted enhanced brand visibility and drove lead generation. At Studio Praktik, from February 2018 to December 2021, noteworthy achievements included significant increases in user metrics and client revenue through innovative design transformations. Gitit's career began as a self-employed Graphic Designer between 2006 and 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design and a Master's degree in Conservation of Cultural Heritage from the University of Haifa.
