AI360 Advisory is a boutique consultancy specialising in B2B travel technology and fintech — two industries that are converging faster than most companies are prepared for.
Founded by a senior commercial leader with 25+ years at the intersection of travel distribution and payments, AI360 Advisory helps B2B travel businesses grow internationally, distribute smarter, and turn their financial infrastructure into a competitive advantage.
We work across two areas:
International Sales & Distribution Strategy:
Market entry, GTM design, channel development, and commercial team structuring across EMEA, Asia, and the Americas.
Payments & Fintech Advisory:
Payment cost audits, fintech vendor selection, margin optimisation, and finance-sales alignment for travel companies ready to stop leaving money on the table.
The insight behind every engagement: distribution and finance are not separate problems. When they work as one, the results are faster growth, better margins, and more resilient commercial models.
Based in Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca. Working in English, Spanish, French, and Catalan. Available for projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
