Ian Johnston

Ian Johnston is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in system architecture and technical solutions. Currently serving as Technical Director at AI4Process Ltd since February 2019, Ian has previously held multiple senior roles at Pegasystems Ltd and its predecessor, Pega, from October 1994 to July 2018, including Lead System Architect and Technical Solutions Director. Earlier in their career, Ian worked as a consultant at Kindle from 1988 to 1994. Ian Johnston holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Computing Science from Imperial College London, where studies were completed from 1983 to 1986.
