Vishal Vangala

Vishal Vangala is a Certified Pega Senior Decisioning Architect and Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) with an MBA. Currently working at AI4Process as a Pega Decisioning Architect since 2021, Vishal specializes in integrating Pega debt collections and customer decision hubs, as well as resolving incidents and monitoring production components for various banking clients. Prior to this role, Vishal served as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from 2015 to 2019, collaborating with clients like British Telecom and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
