Mukesh Harsora has over 45 years of experience in the foundry engineering industry. Currently, they serve as the Head of Foundry Unit at AIA Engineering Ltd, where they lead design and development of complex moulding castings and manage a team of over 100 engineers and technicians. Previously, Mukesh held the position of Senior Foundry Engineer at Steelcast Ltd from 1980 to 2005, managing a team of more than 50 and working closely with manufacturing and quality assurance teams. Mukesh earned a Diploma of Education in Mechanical Engineering from Sir Bhavsinhji Polytechnic Institute, Bhavnagar, from 1977 to 1980.
