Daniel Lui

Daniel Lui is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on data analytics and reporting. Currently serving as Assistant Human Resources Manager at Hong Kong Baptist University since November 2021, Daniel has led HRIS implementation, process redesign, and dashboard development while supporting compensation and benefits exercises. Prior roles include Human Capital Data and Process Specialist at PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong, where Daniel developed people dashboards and streamlined HRIS processes, and Specialist in HR Reporting and Analytics at Prudential Corporation Asia, utilizing HRIS and BI tools for data reporting. Daniel's career began as an HR Analyst at Manulife, managing HR operations for a large workforce. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
