John Tsang

John Tsang is currently the Head of Project and Application Controls Audit at AIA, where they focus on auditing large-scale IT and application development projects, including the implementation of artificial intelligence and IFRS17. Prior to this role, John served as the Associate Director of IT Audit at AIA, overseeing IT application controls in multiple Southeast Asian countries. They have also held various leadership positions at Citi, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they were responsible for managing technology infrastructure programs, IT risk governance, and information security policy governance. John possesses extensive expertise in project management, IT audit, and emerging technologies, ensuring robust controls are in place across diverse projects.
