Sandy Chu

Sandy Chu has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Associate Director of Payroll & HR Governance and previously as Associate Director of Human Resources Services & Governance at AIA since July 2012. Prior roles at AIA include Senior Manager in various HR governance and operations positions and Manager in Performance, Benefits & Rewards, as well as Benefits & Global Mobility. Prior to AIA, Sandy held the position of Assistant Human Resources Manager at AXA ASIA from August 2008 to July 2012 and started a career as a Human Resources Officer at Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL) from September 1996 to August 2008. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management from Monash University and has completed the MUFY program at Taylor’s College, along with secondary education at St. Paul's School (Lam Tin).
