Daniel Perez

Daniel Perez is currently the President-Elect at AIASF. Prior to this, they were a Consultant Project Manager at Gelfand Partners Architects where they worked on the Beneficial State Bank Tenant Improvement project in Oakland, CA. Before that, Daniel was with Salazar Architects Inc. where they worked on two projects: Kenneth Henry Court in Oakland, CA and CHP Offices Tenant Improvement in San Francisco, CA. Daniel has been in the architecture industry for over 10 years and has experience working on a variety of projects.

Daniel Perez completed their Master of Architecture at the University of California, Berkeley. Daniel also holds a Bachelor of Science in Design and Architecture from Arizona State University. Daniel is a certified LEED AP BD+C from the U.S. Green Building Council.
