Ezra Morse has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ezra is currently working as the Vice President of Engineering at Aiberry, Inc., an innovative mental health screening solution company. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at Equip, a position they held from December 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they were the CTO & Co-Founder of Village Network for nine months in 2019.

From 2015 to 2019, Ezra worked at 7 Cups, the world's largest wellness platform, where they served as Lead Software Engineer and also took on leadership responsibilities. During their tenure, they successfully scaled the Engineering department, implemented and enforced a software development workflow, and led the engineering team through performance reviews and other strategic activities.

Prior to joining 7 Cups, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Intly, LLC, where they played a crucial role in the development of a unique SaaS product. Ezra managed all stages of the software development cycle and integrated a reactive JSONP-driven interface with enterprise-grade POS equipment.

Ezra's earlier roles include Senior Developer at WebProvise, Inc. from June 2012 to November 2013, and as the Owner & Lead Engineer at EZAPPS.CA from November 2010 to June 2012. Ezra also worked as a Web Developer at Diamond Equity Partners from November 2010 to 2012. During this time, they managed a remote team, deployed high-availability server clusters, and collaborated with different departments to enhance operations.

Ezra'scareer in web development began at Musclemaster, Inc., where they worked as a Web Developer from 2006 to 2010. Ezra started their professional journey as the Owner and Lead Engineer at Mirage Solutions, Inc., where they worked from December 2002 to November 2006.

From 1998 to 2002, Ezra Morse attended Washington and Lee University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hon) degree in Computer Science.
