Gregory Posey

Gregory Posey is a skilled software architect with extensive experience in leading technical initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Software Architect at AIceberg, Gregory is focused on AI TRiSM and explainability. Previously, as Chief Software Architect at HealthRhythms, a role held from April 2018 to July 2023, Gregory established the company's technical direction, directed development across the tech stack, and implemented significant infrastructure improvements. At AQR Capital Management, Gregory enhanced data quality checks and developed microservices, while at Microsoft, contributions were made to the Composition and Rendering team for Microsoft Edge. Earlier roles include work at Silicon Laboratories and leadership in technology at the University of Texas at Austin, where a Computer Engineering degree was earned from 2005 to 2009.
