John Pearce

John Pearce, CPA, CGMA, has extensive experience in finance and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Cary Orthopaedic and Spine Specialists since February 2019. In this role, John oversees accounting, financial planning, and reporting, and acts as the liaison with the CPA firm for tax matters, collaborating closely with the CEO and administrative team. Additionally, John has held the position of Financial Controller at Field2Base since July 2017 and serves as Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis with AICPA since August 2012. Previously, John was the Financial Director at BauscherHepp, Inc. from June to December 2018 and worked at the Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham as DAFS from May 2008 to August 2012. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Campbell University.
