AID Coaching is a global, volunteer-led coaching collective created by former USAID-affiliated coaches. Our mission is to provide human-centered, purpose-driven coaching to professionals in the international development, humanitarian, and foreign affairs sectors navigating transition, uncertainty, and leadership challenges. In its first seven months (February-September 2025), we have provided hundreds of hours of pro bono coaching to over 250 clients. We have also offered career transition training and support to hundreds of former USAID employees. We are here for others facing career transition, reentering the workplace, and building their leadership on a new foundation of wisdom and resilience. If you would like to receive pro-bono or low-bono coaching, please visit our website: http://www.aidcoaching.com.
