Rohit Raj is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at AiDash since April 2024, Rohit has previously held significant roles at a stealth startup focused on climate and energy tech, and as an Investment Banking Associate at Nomura, where expertise in M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory within the electric mobility and energy technology domains was developed. Rohit’s tenure at Shell spanned nearly a decade, culminating in leadership positions where management of substantial investment opportunities and project development across various energy infrastructures was key. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Tech in Chemical Science and Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
