Natasha’s passion for documentary traverses two decades of experience working across production, programming, festival curation and distribution. In 2005, she co-founded Daybreak Films, a Melbourne based film production company dedicated to creating independent, engaging and innovative film and moving image content. She has directed and produced award-winning feature documentaries including Words From The City and Murudak: Songs of Freedom as well as half hour docs for ABC, SBS and Foxtel. Natasha’s involvement in the screen culture sector includes roles as Public Programs Manager and Cinema Programmer at ACMI, Event Manager for AIDC, Board Member of the NFSA and the Director of REAL: Life on Film, Australia’s premier national documentary festival.
