Bryan Burgess is the Program Manager at AidData. Bryan has over three years of experience in the development sector, with a focus on research and data compilation. Bryan has a strong background in team management and has led a team of 15 Research Assistants to compile a sampling frame of over 50,000 development policymakers and practitioners to track reform incentives across a wide range of non-state donors and development partners for the Reform Efforts Survey and Listening to Leaders report. Bryan has also worked with Phoenix Bikes as an Education Officer, teaching Middle School and High School students the fundamentals of bicycle mechanics and social entrepreneurship. Bryan Burgess has a Bachelor's degree in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies from William & Mary. Bryan also has Level 3 and Level 4 Arabic Certifications from the Qasid Arabic Institute.
