Sheng Zhang

Sheng Zhang is a Research Analyst on the Chinese Development Finance Program team at AidData. He supports the team in tracking underreported financial flows by conducting data quality assurance, managing research assistants, and contributing to data analysis. Prior to joining AidData, Sheng worked in Washington DC at the American Enterprise Institute for the Asian Economies team. He holds an MA in Public Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Economics from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
