Ronak Amin has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as a Customer Service Representative at Brooks/RITE AID Pharmacy from 2005-2008. Ronak then moved on to Quiznos in 2006, where they held the role of Supervisor/Operator. After that, they worked as a Waiter/Host at Cantina Italiana from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they became an Account Executive at S&P Heat Treating, where they were responsible for print and email marketing campaigns, and implemented a sales representative tracking system. In 2012, they joined Dun & Bradstreet as a Senior Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for customer advocacy strategies, projects, and programs across all lines of business and solutions. Ronak also developed and nurtured a customer advocacy platform and managed a customer database and testimonial content repository. In 2013, they were promoted to Manager of Customer Success, where they created a formal onboarding strategy and lead the implementation process of the company's top clients. Ronak then moved on to ZoomInfo in 2018 as Manager of Product Marketing, and later as Customer Marketing Manager. Currently, Ronak Amin is Vice President of Customer Success at Aidentified, LLC, and previously held the role of Director of Customer Success.
Ronak Amin attended East Providence High School from 2003 to 2007. Ronak then attended Suffolk University from 2007 to 2011, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Ronak also took courses in Marketing/ Business Management at Suffolk University.
