Akuela X. has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they worked as an intern in the Sales and Product Department at Tour Partner Group. Later that year, they joined Fondsdepot Bank GmbH as an Assistant CCO/B2B-Partners Department. In 2019, they worked at the German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. in the Career Services and Recruitment role. In 2020, they transitioned to Academic Work as a Consultant Manager and then moved to aidhere, where they held the position of HR Manager before being promoted to Head of People & Culture in November 2021.

Akuela X completed a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Hochschule Hof, University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2018. During this time, in November 2015, they also obtained a certification in Crosscultural Training from the same institution. Additionally, from 2016 to 2017, Akuela X pursued another Bachelor's degree in International Business from Groupe ESC Troyes.
