Torben Clauer

Torben Clauer has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Torben started their career at Hanseatic Consulting as a Consultant and later became a Project Manager and eventually the Managing Director. In 2017, they joined FFG Finanzcheck Finanzportale GmbH as an Operations Manager and later became the Head of Sales. In this role, they led multiple sales teams, developed and executed strategies, managed performance evaluation and hiring, and oversaw post-merger integration. Torben left the company in 2021 and joined TechRock as the Head of Business Excellence & Expansion. After that, they worked at LINUS Digital Finance as a Senior Consultant in Sales & Business Excellence and also served as the Interim Head of Sales. Currently, Torben Clauer is working as the Head of Operations at aidhere.
